Q: my iphone was stolen and i do not see my photo stream album when i log into icloud.com on my PC. where can i access this?

my iphone was stolen and i am now trying to access my personal folders on icloud.com. i do not see a photo stream album on my icloud account and i am certain that it was turned on and backed up recently. how can i access this folder on a PC?
