Why my phone won't sync with iTunes?

My phone won't sync with my computer. it just stops at step 3 everytime it loads.

Apps just won't transfer to phone.

Please help.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.2

Go to ur computer and uninstall the itunes, then install it again and try login with ur apple id and sync with ur iphone.

Thanks for your help! I have restored my iPhone and that solved the problem. Now it's syncing fine with my iTunes.
