I have an older IPOD version 3.1.1. I need to transfer music from my IPOD to my new computer. My old computer crashed. When I get into the files on the IPOD to locate tools, the files are in symbols and not English. Help.
I have an older IPOD version 3.1.1. My computer crashed and I need to load my IPOD music to my new computer. When I try to locate the music file in the IPOD, the files show as symbols not English. Consequently, I am unable to locate the control file, tools, music file, or anything else in my IPOD to transfer it to my new computer. Any help on how to read the IPOD files??? Thanks for your help.
