How do you get rid of the rss feed in 10.7.5
I want to get rss off my email, does anyone know how to do that?

Just delete the feeds from within Mail.
That said, you posted this in the OS X Mountain Lion forum. Upgrading to Mountain Lion is also a solution to this problem, as RSS is gone from Mail in 10.8 ;-)
