Open iTunes, select iTunes Store and in the list on top line of the window select App Store.
You will see on the right side a list of possibilities (Quick Links) One of these is Send a gift iTunes. Click on it and you can select the eMail to send a present to.
THe above Wording could be not perfect... my system is in Italian and I have just translated the meanings.
