Fusion drive - switching between systems.

I am going to purchase a 21.5" imac through the Apple Store and have them configure a fusion drive at the time of purchase. I intend to use Bootcamp to install a partition and run Windows 7. Once installed I would like to know the steps to move between the OSX and Windows. Will I have to reboot each time I want to switch? Will I have to install a software program like vmfusion or does the fact that I have the fusion drive installed make the switch between systems seamless.
