How do I lock layouts

How do I lock Keynotes so that nobody can change my layouts and have Keynotes run as a self running presentation?

Keynote does not have that facility.

There is no secure method to guarantee what you want, if an image is visible it can be altered by software.

A workaround to prevent the average user from manipulating Keynote is to export as a Quicktime video; users can still edit the video, or export a PDF, that wont prevent users using Acrobat to change things.
