Deactivated "V-Sync" in screen?

Hi guys,

It happened that the flow of the screen now looks like chopped, like when deactivating the V-Sync on video games. All the stuff regarding video movement in the OSX, like dragging from a desktop to another, or to the Dash Board, to name a few, looks like chopped/jagged, like if the GPU is lacking n the rendering speed. Any idea in how to solve this?
