my tasks/reminders, contacts and calendars are not all visible in icloud, why not?

when i look at my iphone i can view calendars for all my email addresses at once...sometimes annoying because a particular event will be listed like three times on a day (reminders too etc) how can i consolidate these? i need to keep the seperate email addresses as two are work and one is streamlined to receive only certain email...

anyway,

when i open icloud on my computer all i see is CALENDAR and it will show me birthdays...but not all

here is my other issue...only some of my contacts are viewable...

when i sync phone and computer tasks/reminders do not sinc...

this is supposed to be such a great thing because "no need to change info seperately it does it automatically over wifi sync.."

WHY IS THIS NOT WORKING?
