Delete new update on Apple TV/NHL GameCenter problem?

If there any way to get rid of the new update on Apple TV after it has been installed. I was on NHL GameCenter last tuesday and the video was streaming fine. I kept receiving a screen telling me to download the update so i decided to do it. After the update, my NHL GameCenter does not work correctly. The audio and video do not stay in sync and when I try to fix it by restarting the feed, it just happens again at a commercial.
