I'm using an iPhone 5, an iRig Midi and an electronic drum kit connected via midi with Garageband.
Everything else on the electronic drum kit sounds and records ok except for the kick
drum. Any ideas whats going on?

Hainv exported the file and imported it to GB on OSX, I see that the note for the kick drum IS there, its just sitting on the wrong note. So ive manually changed it in the recordef file.
But I'd still like to know how to tell Garageband iOS what is the kick drum. Any ideas how to remap (If thats the correct word)?
Can you change the "note" on your drumkit that your kick pad sends out? I've used a Roland Octapad with the GarageBand drums and I had to change some of the notes that my pads were sending out via midi.
Sorry, cannot recall what note the kick drum sound is expecting...
How did you connect iRig Midi into iPhone 5?
With a lightning adapter.
