If someone has installed spyware on my iPhone can they also install it on my ipad and if so how do I remove it

There is no spyware known to exist for iOS. Unless the device has been jailbroken there is no reason to believe spyware exists on your iPhone.
Describe the reasons you are concerned about this and perhaps someone can help fix what is wrong.
To cut along story short I no my X installed it on a blackberry I had without me knowing but he came to visits my son and my sons ipad and my iPhone was in the room why he was in there on his own for a hour or so ,so I'm just being on the safe side cos I no what he's like and I don't have a clue about these things . If for instant he has can I just go along to a apple store and get them to check. For me

No, software installed on a BlackBerry is completely unrelated to your iPhone.

They may or may not charge you to do this; I doubt they will.
According to Forbes DROPOUTJEEP is spyware Apple itself allows the NSA to install.
And according to Apple they never knew about the program and did not allow anyone to install such software.
