My ipod touch slider will not respond to touch. I have turned it off by holding the home key and the on/off button; I've restore and re-synced everything and it still will not work.
WHAT THE HECK??
How can I fix this?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If you still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
