Help copying a video I took with my iPad 2 please!

I took two videos using my iPad 2. One video (the longer one -- about 34 minutes) is in my photo stream and I can copy it to my iTunes library and to my PC. The other video is only about 3 minutes. I shows up under "home videos" when I connect the iPad to my PC, plays on my iPad and in iTunes on my PC if the iPad is connected but won't copy to my PC or itunes library or anywhere else. Sometimes when I play a video it automatically adds it to my iTunes library -- but not this time!. I've tried looking for it with Windows Explorer and with Adobe Bridge and Lightroom but it isn't in the pictures folder or anywhere else that is accessible. I also tried several ways to email it since it is quite short, but nothing even shows it to email. This is a teaching video I took for a friend and I can't give it to her. Please help! Thanks!

Videos taken on your iPad are in your camera roll album, and are imported to your computer as discussed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083. Also, videos are not in photo stream. Photo stream only streams photos, not videos. And iTunes only syncs videos from your computer to your iPad, not from your iPad. It doesn't import videos.

Sorry if I didn't express myself correctly. I took two videos -- one is in the camera roll album (not the photo stream) but the other isn't. It shows up with movies and TV shows in the video area that is not accessible. I can play it on my iPad or in iTunes if the iPad I took it with is connected but cannot transfer it to my library, to my PC or to my iPod. I can't give a copy to the friend that I made the video for. I was hoping ther was some way to export this video or to transfer it as though it were a purchase or something.

Are you sure this is a video you took on your iPad? Videos that appear in the Videos app are ones that were synced from your computer to your iPad, and should already be on your computer in the Movies folder of your iTunes library, and would be on your hard drive in iTunes>iTunes Music>Movies on a Mac, or iTunes>Movies on a PC.

Yes, I'm sure. It is a video of my friend teaching a dance step and is about 3 minutes long. That's wht its so strange. There's another one I took later that is in the right place. In iTunes it shows up in Movies under the Home Videos tab.Thanks so much for your help!

I'm not sure how that happened, but the only way I know to transfer those videos is to use 3rd party software such as PhoneView (Mac only) or Touch Copy (PC or Mac).
