Airplay mirroring on my iPhone 4s has disappeared since updating to iOS6.1. Has anyone else seen this same problem?

The mirror option seems to be missing since updating to iOS6.1

I can still use airplay from applications that allow it, however I can not find the option to mirror my whole iPhone as I could with iOS 6.0.

Anyone know a workaround?

It took me several restarts of my iphone, but the feature has reappeared.
