Someone please, I juts got this Sunday. & it's acting up. Please !!!!!

If it's connected to your charger it could be charging and/or backing up to iCloud.
Huh? So when it charges it gets hot ? But I don't have it plugged & it's still hot.
Then it can't be from charging. Try powering it off by holding the power button until you see the Slide to Turn Off slider. Then power it back up and see if it still gets hot. If not, you may have had an app that didn't suspend properly when you closed it, which may have caused it to get hot. If it does get hot again, back it up and make an appointment to have it examined at the genius bar at a nearby Apple store.
Even though, i power it off. It still have the same problem? That's weird it's brand new why would it do this?
