So I've gone to general setting, went to usgae, scrolled all teh way down and NOTHING. Nothing telling me about the battery percentage being on or off. just says when I last fully charged it. How do I turn it on??

battery percentage?? i don't think you can turn that on.... but there is an app called battery magic that tells you what percentage it is at and how long you can play games, play games in 3-D, be on internet/safari.. ect..... hope that helps... and if it doesnt, well, i have no idea how to help... sorry.. 😊
You can't use the Battery Percentage on your iPod unless you can get an app for that.
