How does Windows 8 Pro work on a "Fusion Drive"?
And, is it "wrong" to "Zero Out" a SSD(or Fusion Drive) too often?

Windows 8 is not supported at all on Macs.
So what will happen if I install and run Windows 8 Pro on a "Fusion Drive" iMac?

How are you installing it? Are you using Bootcamp Assistant or are you using a virtual Machine?
If using Bootcamp Assistant visit the Bootcamp forum where Windows 8 and fusion drives are frequently discussed. https://discussions.apple.com/community/windows_software/boot_camp
If using a virtual machine, Windows 8 then visit the virtual machine's web site for Windows 8 instructions.

BTW, I know that some people are making their own fusion drives by connecting SSD with HD.
