bootcamp winehelper won't open

I'm trying to load Bootcamp 3.1 on my Macbook Pro Intel Core i7 but when I try it says "You can't open the application "WineHelper" because PowerPC applications are no longer supported" I don't see another version of Bootcamp. Everything I've read says that this version should open?
