How can I see detail information of what has been stored in iCloud?

This is a volunteer site, 20 minutes is not long to wait!
System Preferences>iCloud>Manage Storage.
I know it is not....Sorry, I was kind of desperate. Thank you for your help.....but, what i want to be able to see is specific information within, let's say for example mail. I know, I have 2GB of data in mail; but how can I see the actual data? do you know what I mean?
Yes, look in Mail on your Mac, it is synchronized to iCloud, so they are the same.
