it says to verify payment information on my computer  how where

    ok nevermind.  I figured it out.  I needed to go to my account page then to billing and re-verify my code, because i was accessing my account from a new device.  once i did this everything is fine as the device is now authorized on my account.  Allthough, it does not show up under devices on my account page?
