itunes store on ipod touch

I have a problem getting itunes app store on my ipod touch there is a icon on the display screen for itunes but when it goes in it gives this message "cannot connect to itunes store"

aaaaaarrrrgh I have this problem as well!!! It's driving me INSANE also imessage won't sign in since I switched it off
