Book Title

I have two books with different file names. Both have been processed into iBooks and drag and dropped to iTunes Book Library and then Sync on a first generation iPad with the current IOS for that device installed.

On the iPad both books will open with the same Title Page [which belongs to one of them] and on occasions each book will open with the Title Page that belongs to the other book. Its only the Title Page when the book is opening that is the issue everything else appears to be ok.

If I only sync one of the books to the iPad then it will open with its correct Title Page. If I delete that book and load the other one then that one will open with its correct Title Page. It is only when both books are sync to the iPad either individually or together that opening with the wrong Title Page is experienced.

I have cold booted the iPad without resolving the issue. I have renamed the iBooks without resolving the issue.

In the Inspector/Document the book has different Titles.

How is this issue resolved? Ant..

I guess my mistake was the original book was getting two big so I took the decision to split it into two books by duplicating the original and then deleting the contents that did not belong in either of the two volumes.

I have just created a new book and copied the contents to the new book from what ended up as a duplicate of the original.

Happy to report that this appears to have resolved my issue. Thanks for the help. Cheers Ant..
