4S wifi is grayed out! Please help?

Hi I have an iPhone 4S, I've updated to iOS 6.1 on Saturday, and wifi worked on Sunday. However, on Monday, the wifi function started to act weird and wouldn't search for any networks in range. So I decided to restart the phone, and since then, my wifi bar has been GRAYED OUT and I repeated all these steps http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1414 , and it's still the same. Oh one more thing I'd like to add, my bluetooth worked last night even when the wifi was grayed, but I can't seem to turn on bluetooth today. Anyway, I have such bad luck cuz my phone has just past the 1 year warranty by a couple weeks. Anyone can help me?!?
