When I connect my iPod to my MAC it charges but I can't see the sync process or the screen I used to see such as version etc.
When I connect my iPod to my MAC I can't see the iPod being sync'd. It charges and I used to see it with all the info regarding my iPod such as version etc. Now all I see the the iTunes Store.
