Can I print guides on my document to aid with folding and punching holes?

I am relatively new to Pages (iWork 09) and I am still trying to find my way around. I am well aware that it can do a lot more than the tutorial videos imply, however, I am struggling to find out if I can add guides which can aid folding (as when one wishes to fold a letter into thirds) or mark the middle of the left hand side of the page as a guide for punching holes.

Thank you.

Toolbar > Shapes > Line (first) > Inspector > Graphic > Line > Dashed > 0.25pt

I suggest you make them short and just appearing near the edge of the paper where you want them.
