I imported a movie from my iPhone - it is quite big, almost 3GB. I want to save onto a disc or memory stick but the discs aren't big enough and the memory stick doesn't seem to be a possibility for saving photos or videos. How can I save the video to send to my family?

In general, if the movie is in iPhoto then you export it to the Finder. You can burn it to optical disk - such as DVD - or use a flash drive. A memory stick can be used.

Be sure to export with the option Kind = Original selected.
