I downloeaded I tune match and paid for it. I transferred all my playlist (about 1000 songs). ever since, I can no longer hear any song. About 200 song appear on the library in a pale grey color and therefore are not listeanable! Please help....
Where are you trying to listen to the music?
I am on the Itunes dashboard. I am loged in. In my library. 😟 I am sure, i am missing something. plase help
You mean iTunes on your computer? There is no reason why the tracks should be greyed out unless you've deleted them from the iTunes library after the scan, match and upload process. Did you do this?
no. it’s all here. I still hav a full Library on my iPhone. Do you believe I can “transfer” it all into the mach? could you suggest something?
First you need to disable iTunes Match in iTunes by pulling down Store > Turn off iTunes Match and post back with the results. What you can see on the iPhone isn't really relevant to the present problem.
Since I paid, all my music is gone!!!!
