How do you block apps from accessing the web e.g. Facebook, Twitter even you they are blocked using the iPad restriction?

The general restrictions are set. Safari is blocked and I use SmyleSafe browser. The Facebook and Twitter restrictions are set to "Don't allow changes" which according to the restriction settings is "Disallowing changes locks the settings shown below and prevents new apps from usinf your Facebook account." It's supposed to then list the apps that request Facebook access but none are listed.

There are ipad apps still alllow access to Facebook/Twitter despite the restrictions and they aren't listed. How do you block the ipad apps from acessing restricted websites?
