My iPad is connected to the Internet, but does not show up as online on Find My iPhone.

My iPad is connected to the Internet, but it shows up on Find My iPhone as offline. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted the device, checked my iCloud settings, and everything is correct. All of my other devices seem to be ok, it's just the iPad that shows up offline.
