I've got an iCloud notification that I can't get rid of

I plugged it in and it gives the Not Enough Storage notification where you can click "close" or "settings". When I tried to click either, it didn't work. So I left it and went to sleep and woke up with the same message still there on the screen I can't click anything else but it still plays music and I still get other notifications...I can shut it down because I can't slide the bar without getting rid of the iCloud notification first, which I can't do.

Please help

Hold Sleep and Home buttons until the iPad restarts, so that message won't appear again
