Why can't I update apps?

Same here. iPhone 5 updated OS 6.1 about a week ago.

It only updates connected to itunes. When I try to update on App Store its blank, but you can see that there are pdates to be made on the App Store icon.

My sister is in the same situation after updating her OS to 6.1.

Just a coincidence or is it any bug causing the problem?

Hi, I experienced the same problem today, iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1. I eventually tried to turn off cellular data, then turn it back on, re-opened AppStore, and it worked. Otherwise, I have no suggestion.

I was connected to wifi at the time of trying this.

I'm having this issue as well. I have 17 updates and I can't even view them. I just got my phone on Saturday.
