I just got my iMac back from the apple store and had my seagate hdd replaced. They lost my keyboard and trackpad in the process and replaced them with brand new ones. Now im stuck at the create an account screen as I cant pair the keyboard/trackpad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably the fastest way to fix the problem would be to call the Apple store.
