iPhone failed calls/texts while 3G ON

Hello,

I have always full service but I cannot make or receive calls and texts when my 3G is ON. This happens randomly, not just when i turn it ON, then I have to restart my device to be able to make and receive calls and texts after that issue.

Any ideas of what happening?
