I changed from Lion Macbook to Mountain Lion Macbook using Time Machine's Migration Assistant. While all documents are there, software, pictures, and music seems to have gone somewhere, and I cannot locate them. Could anyone help me finding them out?

They are most likely found in the Home folder you migrated, assuming you migrated your old Home folder.
Thank you for your reply. In home folder, there are folders of music and pictures. But, none of them have my old pictures and music files. (iTunes only have 3.8 MB while I had probably 2000 songs.) All documents (such as Word documents and pdf files) were migrated correctly, but not these iLife files as well as software such as iWork.
Try remigrating then. Don't know what more to suggest because I don't know exactly what you migrated.
Open Users & Groups preferences. How many accounts are listed other than Guest? If there are two accounts try logging into the other account which may be the one you migrated.
I remigrated and it worked! There was a brief .5 seconds or so of electric outage and it cancelled out as I recall now. Thank you very much!
