Bought a second hand iphone 4, seen working and I know the seller, checked it with network provider Orange who state no restrictions on the handset.
However, been into EE store who issued a new sim - PAYG for my son, and it still says no service - Orange helpine down right ignorant and very rude.
Every time I call back as they fail to call me when they say - I get talked through the same questions and then told no issues with sim check or phone restrictions so they have no idea???
£150 of my sons money wasted if I cant get this resolved, any help appreciated
P.S Done new update etc on itunes also
