Creating a Keynote iOS to be used on a PC

I have an iPad 2. As a Pastor I create my sermons in PowerPoint 2010 and import it to the church computer to broadcast in the service. I would love to use my iPad to create the sermon but have read horror stories about converting Keynote for iPad to PowerPoint. That you lose formatting and pictures or videos don't work. Before I spend 10 bucks can someone out there tell me what works best for them? Should I just do plain text and then send it to PP to add pictures and videos? If I use a Keynote template will it work in PP? Should I just forget iPad for work?
