Hi, newbie question, Microsoft 2011 multiple user accounts not working

Hi there, hope this is a simple one! got office installed on my user account, no problems at all, but when i switch to my wife's user acccount and try and open the office docs in the Applications folder they keep coming up with an error reprt as below:-

this is for all the office apps, word, excel and powerpoint.
