First, make iTunes 11 look and function more like iTunes 10:
From the upper left corner, choose “Show Menu bar”
From the “View” menu, choose, “Show Sidebar”
From the “View” menu, choose, “Show Status Bar”
Second, click on your iDevice on the left side, then on the right choose the Photos" tab.
It should be easy from here.
