Unlocking Iphone password keep changing language

It seems that the problem started with 6.1

Before,when I unlocked my Iphone and needed to enter a password,it was only set to english

Now,when I enter password,the language is always set to the language I used in the last time I wrote something (SMS,Whatsapp)

Very annoying,is there a way to fix it?
