iCloud and ITunes libraries

My family use 1 Apple ID to make purchases from the iTunes store. Each of us has a separate iTunes library (not separate iTunes accounts). Each of us uses a separate Apple ID for iCloud.

My question is, is it possible to link each iCloud account to a particular iTunes library? For example if my daughter downloads a song to her iPod using the family's Apple ID and the song is then backed up to her iCloud account is it possible to make that song appear (from iCloud) in only her iTunes library on the family's Mac? (even though each person's library usese the same Apple Id for purchases). And vice versa, so that if she downlaods a song into her library when using the Mac can it back up to her iCloud account?

Or is the only way to physically sync each device with the relevant library?
