WIFI Cutting in an out
My WIFI keeps cutting in and out, it'll go from Wireless to 3G like every 2 seconds. I don't understand why, I've restarted my phone and hard reset it. Any suggestions?

Try resetting (cycling power on) your router.

I have the same problem on my 4s running iOS 6.1.2. It is intermittent and just started a couple of months ago. I can go for weeks with no problem then one day I will nothice a severe drain on the battery and the phone gets warm. Its flicking back and forth between WiFi and 4G continuously. The only fix I've found other than turning WiFi off is to reboot the router. It happen to both mine and my wife's phones at the same time so that would imply it is the router not the phone.
Check to see if there is a firmware update for the router. There also could be some interference in the home on the channel the router is using. You might want to check the router manual to see about changing the channel and see if that helps.
