The computer I used to sync my original phone is no good. I bought a new IPhone 5 and when it synced it only synced the songs I bought through Itunes and not the songs I transferred from CD's. How do I move those songs over to my IPhone 5. Please help I don't have some of those CD's anymore so I really need to get these songs off my old phone and to the new one.

You would have to purchase a third party program to get that music.
Did you fail to mainatain a backup copy of your computer?
I believe you will have to use the backup you've made of your currently no-good computer to retrieve your CDs.
If you don't have access to your old computer you need to search for a third party app to extract your songs from iPhone.

I have the same issue -- except that I still have the iphone4 I was upgrading from. When I try to select "sync music" in Itunes, it says it wants to overwrite the old phone with the (now smaller) itunes library.
