If i just want to see that there is a new text message in "locked-mode" and NOT the senders name, what do I do then? I tried everything and nothing works.. Cause my friends can easily look at my phone and see who texted me! Please Help!!

Try this first: Settings > Notifications > Messages and set "Show Preview" to "Off".
If that doesn't work for you, try Settings > Notifications > Messages, and set the Alert Style to "None". Make Sure the Badge App icon is "On".

You can change the way texts are displayed in Settings > Notifications > Messages.
Turn Show Preview Off and View in Lock Screen Off, if that's what you want.

You will see as soon as you unlock your iPhone.
I assume you've tried Settings > Notifications > Messages > Alert Style = "None" as I suggested earlier, and this did not work.
If that's true, you can try the next most drastic step:
Settings > Notifications > Messages > Notification Center = "Off".
