Attempt to download digital copy says iTunes not available! But it is.

I also got an error 5002 with generic (unhelpful) error text. This is for a digital copy of Pixar/Disney's Brave.

iTunes-OTHER, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), Disney digital copy of Brave
