I have the latest version of iTunes on my PC, but it refuses to load the iTunes Store...

I cannot access the iTunes store whatsoever. I've re-downloaded and installed it several times and it is very much up to date. I am on wireless network on my pc but connection speeds are near excellent. The top window says Accessing iTunes Store and the animation underneath will

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
