iPod touch, 3rd gen, battery charge indicator not showing that it is charging. Also, when connected to the computer, get "USB Device Not Recognized ".

Question

I have tried several different charging cables and they all work with other devices. My USB ports are also fine and will recognize the other devices.

Ok, I did all of that and it still is not recognized nor is it showing the battery charging indicator.

Any other options?
