Imac ordered in hk

I have ordered a 27" iMac, at iworld (apple store) at the ISQUARE mall in Hong Kong on 8th January of 2013.

I was told it would take a couple of weeks or a little more and that I would have to get it picked from the store and that it would not be delivered or shipped to any address. Fair enough. It's been almost a month now and I have not received my order.

I have sent mails to the store 3 times and the only answer they give me is that they will get in touch with me once they have any news about my machine. It's been almost 2 weeks over the expected time and the store does not have any news, claiming ( only when I ask them) that they are sorry that it has been delayed. There is no clarification on the status of the ordered, wheee it is stuck, why is it stuck and as to how much more time they might need. I had plans and they were tight and I am going to be suffering consequences. I have been told by the store that I personally cannot track my order in any other way. NEED HELP URGENTLY.

None of those things help if you've ordered a customised machine in the store.

They only enterntain online orders.

THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING.......AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING THIS IS WHAT I GOT AS A REPLY....15 MIN BACK

Dear Mr Bhaskar

We are hearing updates from Apple, we are now expecting your customed iMac shortly after Chinese New Year.

Our stores will be closed during Chinese New Year period, and we will be back in service on the 14th of Feb.

I will further update you when i receive any news.

Chris

I MEAN......I EXPECT APPLE TO WORK A LITTLE MORE EFFICIENTLY THAN THAT.
