lllaas I need your help.

I have tried everything solution I have seen on here about deleting my photo albums from my ipod. It is using up all my space. Do I have to delete the pictures from my computer also? I would sure appreciate your help. When I go to the website for this solution my computer does not show what it says to do. Any help?
