Q: Help Finding an Audio Interface

So I'm looking for a device that can take an output from my mac pro (through either usb or maybe optical) and can send it to my two KRK Rokit 5's and my KRK Sub through XLR. Also it needs to have a 1/4" jack to plug my KRK KNS 8400's into. Can someone please help me find the cheapest thing that can do all this?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3), 1,1

Honestly I'm not really sure how this all works, I just need sound from my Mac Pro to go to all my KRK's somehow. Doesn't necessarily have to be through XLR.

the cheapest way would be to buy a mini jack to xlr audio lead. you dont need an interface.

the mini jack takes the output from your computer and the xlrs plug into the speakers.

depending on where you are in the world, try studiospares.

using an interface will give you better quality, but not that it matters for the vast majority of situations.
